Gasoline Prices Close 2024 at 3.5-Year Low, Cheapest Since May 2021

Gas prices closed out 2024 by falling to their lowest level since May 2021. As of December 30th, the price of regular and premium gas decreased 2 cents and 1 cents from the previous week, respectively. The WTIC end-of-day spot price for crude oil closed at $71.72, up 3.6% from last week.
