Zillow Home Value Index: "Real" Home Values Remain at Lowest Level Since 2021

Home values rose for a second straight month in October, according to the Zillow Home Value Index. However, after adjusting for inflation, real home values dropped for an 18th consecutive month, remaining at their lowest level since March 2021.
