Court Denies Merrill’s Attempt to Restart OpenArc/Dynasty Lawsuit

Merrill originally sued Dynasty and the principals of the $129 billion breakaway RIA last year, and later claimed that Dynasty reneged on promises to participate in FINRA arbitration; in turn, Dynasty accused Merrill of “sleight of hand” in its arguments.
