H8: Notice to Users of the H.8 Release

As a result of formula changes affecting how adjustments to the data were accounted for, this release incorporates revisions to all series published on the H.8 release. The largest revisions are concentrated in the 2025 data to date, with smaller changes extending back to October 5, 2024. Revised data extending back to January 2018 will be released with a future benchmark.
