Pending Home Sales Unexpectedly Fall 0.8% in June

The National Association of Realtors® (NAR) pending home sales index unexpectedly fell in June, coming in at 72.0. This marks a 0.8% decrease from May, lower than the anticipated 0.2% monthly growth, and a 2.8% decline from one year ago.
