Dallas Fed Manufacturing: Business Conditions Largely Unchanged in August

The Dallas Fed released its Texas Manufacturing Outlook Survey (TMOS) for August. The general business activity index fell for the first time in four months to -1.8. The second consecutive near-zero reading indicates little change in business conditions.
