FHFA House Price Index Down More Than Expected in June

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) House Price Index (HPI) dropped to 433.8 in June, its lowest level in seven months. This marks the third consecutive monthly decline in U.S. home prices, with a 0.2% drop in June that exceeded the expected 0.1% decrease.
