G19: Correction to G.19 Consumer Credit data in DDP

In the September 8, 2025, G.19 Consumer Credit release, flows series shown in the Data Download Program (DDP) were calculated for time periods prior to the start of the actual data in the series. The issue has been fixed and the corrected flows data has been republished on September 9, 2025. This issue only affected the flows data in the DDP. No data in recent months were affected. The PDF and HTML versions of the release as well as the historical data tables were not changed.
