Merrill Sues Dynasty, Schwab, Alleging 'Corporate Raid' Led to Breakaway $129B RIA

According to the suit, Merrill Lynch faces “irreparable harm” without an injunction on OpenArc, a breakaway institutional RIA that brought along 171 advisors and support staff. Dynasty and Charles Schwab (the new firm’s custodian) were both named as defendants.
