Existing Home Sales Inch Lower in August

Existing home sales remained essentially the same in August, inching down by 0.2% from July. According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), existing home sales were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.00 million units, just above the forecast of 3.96 million.
