ISM Services PMI: Activity Unchanged in September

The Institute for Supply Management (ISM) released its September Services Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI), with the headline composite index at 50.0 This was lower than the forecast of 51.8 and puts the index at the breakeven point between expansion and contraction for the first time since January 2010.
